My name is Grady Severson and I purchased CC lettering from my friend and co-worker Chuck Comstock in August of 2018. I learned a lot from Chuck prior to purchasing the business. We worked together for a number of years at D&S manufacturing in the tool and die department, and that is where we first discussed my family taking over his business. After many months of training and discussion we gladly made the decision to go for it.
My wife Nina and I reside on 50 acres of paradise in Taylor, WI. We purchased our land in 2015 and personally built our dream house on top of a hill overlooking the wilderness. We were married in 2001, and had our first son Chance in 2002 (he passed away at birth). We were blessed with two more children, our son Chase(2003) and our daughter Charlie (2006). In addition to our children, we have 2 dogs and 1 cat. We truly value our time with our family and friends. We spend a great deal of time going to and from various activities with our children and caring for our land. Our other hobbies include hunting, fishing, traveling and anything outdoors. Like most Wisconsin families we like watching the Packers and Badgers. We are a bit more divided when it comes to baseball and basketball. But one thing is for sure we enjoy sports and competition.
I have worked for D&S Manufacturing since 2000 in various departments. Nina has worked for Federation Cooperative as and Operations Manager since 2013. Both of our children are in the Black River Falls School.
I am looking forward to meeting you and creating a beautiful, lasting memory of your loved one, whether it is a pet stone, garden stone, or property marker. There are many colors, shapes, and sizes which are polished on one side. I am able to customize the engraving to meet your expectations. In addition I can update your loved ones grave marker with a personalized touch. I have a completely portable system so I am willing and able to travel with a 100 mile radius of West Central Wisconsin to work on site for larger stones if needed.
Sincerely,
Grady A. Severson
